2. The cross-sectional wiring of the input and output power lines of the transformer should meet the requirements of its current value; according to the current density of 2-2.5A/min2.
3.Dry-type transformer manufacturers said,The input and output three-phase power lines are connected to phase A, phase B and phase C respectively according to the bus color of the transformer wiring board, green and red. The neutral line is connected to the neutral zero line of the transformer voltage, and the grounding line, the transformer shell and the transformer center point are connected. (If the transformer has a cabinet, it should be connected with the grounding mark of the cabinet). Check the input and output lines to make sure they are correct.

5. After the no-load test is completed and normal, the load can be connected.

1. Any abnormal sound and vibration. 2. Whether there is local overheating, harmful gas corrosion, etc., causing the insulation surface to change color due to creepage and carbonization. 3. Whether the transformer air cooling device operates normally. 4. High and low pressure joints shall not be overheated. The cable head shall be free of leakage and creepage. 5. Monitor the temperature rise of the winding according to the insulation material grade of the transformer, and the temperature rise should not exceed the specified value. 6. The supporting porcelain bottle should be free of cracks and discharge traces. 7. Check whether the winding pressing parts are loose. 8. Indoor ventilation, iron core air duct should be free of dust and debris, iron core should be no rust.
